A candy stripe glitz tutu with its one shoulder strap feature. The costume has a four layered tutu skirt trimmed with blue and green sequin. The pink belt and matching pink frill around the neckline is supported by soft net which is also trimmed with yellow sequins.
A perfect show stopping number for any modern, jazz and production number.
