Occasionally you may want to return items and laid out below are clear instructions on when this is possible and how to achieve this.
All items must be returned within 28 days, refund will be on item price only, and no delivery will be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 28 day period.

A £2.50 re-packing charge will be required for any items returned without original packaging or tags.
All of our garments are scrutinized prior to dispatch but should be checked before use, as we do not accept worn clothing back, unless a fault has quickly revealed itself after initial wear. In such isolated cases the garments need to be washed before return. Tights in particular will not be accepted back for any reason unless unworn. You must notify us within 7 days of any faulty goods.
For more information about your statutory rights, please visit the Department of Trade and Industry's Consumer Gateway website (www.consumerdirect.gov.uk). We will replace any damaged item that is not received by you in good condition all you have to do is take a picture of the goods and email us outlining the issue with the product.
We will then confirm that you can return the goods and we will e-mail the details of how to return the items to us.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in with packaging and tags, if they are not in the original conditions then the return will be refused and sent back to you.
In the circumstance that your goods are faulty or damaged will provide an item in exchange for the damaged goods or a full refund on return of the item.
Please put a note in the package indicating what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you are asking for an exchange as the size you ordered does not fit, you will have to cover the postage costs for the replacement item(s). If you want a larger size that has a higher price you will have to cover the cost before the exchange is sent out. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a refund instead.
For reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange or credit hats, wigs or underwear even if returned unworn. Tights may not be returned once opened unless they are faulty. CDs, DVDs are also non-returnable.
Please take note that all returns take up to 14 working days to process and refunds are processed on Thursdays/Fridays .. This is when your refund or new item will be sent out .. Please make us aware of more urgent exchanges.
